Garden Echoes is a hand painted silk piece full of soft colour. Hints of flowers, leaves and abstract shapes appear and dissapear through the surfacae, as if they’re echoes of a garden remembered rather than seen. Pink, lavender, soft green and honey-gold drift into one another, creating a gentle, dream-like depth. Small botanical marks and geometric impressions are scattered across the silk, almost like pressed flowers and faded stamps collected over time. It is quietly playful and reflective at the same time, with the texture of something that has lived a little.
