2. Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about the products, price, billing, and shipping address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email at heddan@heddandesign.se.

3. Payment
All Credit and Debit card transactions are debited at the point of purchase.

Etimated delivery time for Sweden 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time for the rest of the world 1-2 weeks.
Customized orders will be shipped according to agreement upon order.
We ship our orders with Postnord or DHL.

If delays in delivery occur (without prior notice of extended delivery time), you should contact us at heddan@heddandesign.se.

4. Prices
All prices in the store are listed in EUR and include 25% VAT. If you order from a country outside the EU, please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur. Heddan Design is not responsible for the payment of import duty, taxes or other import fees. Your countrys customs may delay your parcel until payment has been made.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the ordered goods.

5.1 Exercising the right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The message should be sent to heddan@heddandesign.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the goods for which the return applies.
You should return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. The products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product’s original value if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made products, tailored specifically for you or with a distinct personal touch according to your preferences.
Services that have been completed where you explicitly agreed to begin the service without the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we commit to rectifying the error at no cost in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered. In accordance with onsSwedish consumer protection laws, you have up to three years from the date of purchase to file a claim for faulty goods, provided the defect was present at the time of delivery. However, you must report the issue within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, typically within two months.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:
Any faults and defects should always be reported to heddan@heddandesign.se, where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.

If we cannot rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product according to consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not faulty under applicable consumer protection laws. We follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers.
Additionally, we take no responsibility for changes to products/product properties made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information
We reserve the right for potential typographical errors on this website and stock shortages of products. We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products as some color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

9. Cookie Information
According to the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must receive information on the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The cookie information may be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions.
